SDA's services provide you with a way to gather the information you need, while you are simultaneously providing your clients with detailed documentation of what is insured.
The information we provide will allow you to tailor the policy to the client's individual needs.
Contract Services
As a contract client, you will receive a 20% discount off our published rates, currently $249 for homes under 5000 square feet. All we ask in return is that you provide Sol Drake Archives with a minimum of 20 properties a month.
Upon receipt of the properties you want audited, we will begin contacting the owners to schedule services. We will make every effort to complete the services within two weeks of receipt of your list.
Upon completion of each property, all of the data will be uploaded into a secure cloud for 45 days so you will have time to download it and attach it to your client's files.
After 45 days the data will be securely archived.
