SDA takes our audits a step further. We will create a photographic log of all your client's personal property, including jewelry and watches, collectibles, firearms, and more. This will enable you to initiate a discussion about the items that should be included in a rider.
Exterior Services
Knowing the condition of your client's roof, water features, fences, trees and other exterior features will give you the opportunity to work with them to make improvements that will reduce the chances of their suffering a loss.
Interior Services
Furniture, appliances, entertainment centers, clothing and other bulk personal items are all covered under the Personal Property portion of the policy.
But what we all forget to do is take photos of the important things that need to be insured. Jewelry, watches, antiques, collectables and other high value items are rarely placed on the riders where they will be covered.
