On-Demand Services
We will begin by documenting the current condition of the property and creating a record of personal items that should be under an insurance rider.
Once the baseline has been established, we recommend that you update the client's file once every 4 years, or when significant life changes occur.
Exterior Services
Knowing the condition of your client's roof, water features, fences, trees and other exterior features will give you the opportunity to work with them to make improvements that will reduce the chances of their suffering a loss.
Interior Services
Furniture, appliances, entertainment centers, clothing and other bulk personal items are all covered under the Personal Property portion of the policy.
But what we all forget to do is take photos of the important things that need to be insured. Jewelry, watches, antiques, collectables and other high value items are rarely placed on the riders where they will be covered.
